I am a graduate of Maysville High School and the Muskingum Area Technical College, now Zane State. I joined Prudential McCollister and Assoc. REALTORS in 1996 as a Licensed REALTOR, and became the Office Manager/Relocation Director in 2000.

When listing your home with me, I will be a proactive Seller’s Agent, marketing your home starting with a Visual Tour, which will be placed on several websites including our MLS website which reaches approximately 24 Counties, our company website, Zillow.com, Trulia Real Estate, Homes.com, and many others. Your home will be advertised in the weekly and monthly ads through the Times Recorder’s Home Finder publications. A sign will be placed in the yard, along with a brochure box with flyers of the home, and any additional avenues that I feel with help sell your home, at no cost to you (you pay the commission at closing, but nothing beforehand) .
BUYER SERVICES
When you call me to be your Buyer’s Agent, I will listen to what you want, and help you find the home that best meets your needs, at the best price, and with the least amount of inconvenience to your busy schedule.
REFERRAL/RELOCATION SERVICES
As the Relocation Director, I can help you find a REALTOR if you are relocating to another area, ask me how. Or if you are relocating to our area, have your Relocation Company give me a call, I can make sure your needs are met.
